The inspiration and idea of this restaurant comes from my home in Galicia in the north of Spain. Just like Oslo, My hometown Vigo is located close to the sea.
I’m truly excited to show the Norwegian people what a contemporary Spanish restaurant has to offer.
Food has been my passion for as long as I can remember. It’s more than a passion, it’s my one true calling in life. I’ve been working very hard and have gotten the opportunity to work at some of the best restaurants in the world like El Celler de Can Roca & Culler de Pau.
I have learned the techniques from the best chef’s in the world and its time to express my passion and experience in my own restaurant.
